Chapter Summary: He thought, in the light, that it was even more apparent that the man had been crying. England could see poorly concealed tear tracks on his cheeks. His chest tightened. What had made him cry?

And he felt anger well up within him also. If someone had hurt America to the point that he was acting like this, Captain Kirkland very much wanted to give them a visit.

Chapter Summary: Plus, Alfred considered, he had an angel staying at his house. A bonafide guy from heaven with wings and a halo and stuff! It was worth a little bit of trouble for that. And besides, a hero like him could hardly allow Arthur to stay on the streets alone or whatever.
Author's Note: Oh boy. Basically, this chapter ended up MONSTER LONG. With coding, I was pretty sure it would break the character limit, so I decided to split it into two. I will post the second half within the next day or two. It's finished. I just... want to do some last minute editing on it. Also, I have received two gorgeous fanarts for this story! Author's Note: This is being written for aph_fluffathon! Originally it was supposed to be a lengthy oneshot, but it got away from me a bit so it ended up longer. But aph_fluffathon ends in August, so that's the deadline for finishing this. A new chapter of Cerulean should be posted early next week, then a new You Can't Take the Sky from Me. Quick Edit: I've gotten a lot of questions about Hero Frequency. I still love this story a lot, and I can promise that, barring some unforeseen disaster, it will be finished this summer. I have a pretty detailed fic schedule written out for the summer, and it's a priority on it. But in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this story!

They also, far more often than not had other people with them, unlike Arthur, who came out in the yacht by himself. Alfred sighed inwardly, gazing up at the sky and wrapping his fingers around the camera. Pleasantly warm breezes skimmed across the top of the waves, causing the boat to rock gently.

America nodded. “Great!” He exclaimed. Zimbabwe leveled him a glare. “Not great that you’re stuck here, but great that you know about the Kosmider; because um, I’m actually here trying to find information about that.”
